A short story about us...

My name is Jordon White and I own Linelock Locating, LLC. I am a small business supported by my local bank and my home town of Eureka, IL. I've dedicated nearly my entire adult life to the trades, primarily focusing on sewer and plumbing work. I began my journey in drain cleaning in 2008, followed by a few years as an apprentice plumber. In 2010, I was offered a great opportunity at Dave Capodice Excavating, where I've been honing my skills in underground utilities for the past 16 years. I've been operating inspection cameras since 2009 and using utility locators since 2014.

After experiencing two great losses, I wasn’t sure how to channel the anger, grief, and hardship that followed. Over time, I’ve worked hard to turn that energy into motivation — building this business as a way to honor their memory and create something meaningful out of hardship. In early 2024, I decided to launch a small business to serve Central Illinois, driven by both my passion for utility locating and the clear need for these services in the community.

I look forward to serving my community and the surrounding areas of Central Illinois with honesty, accuracy, and dedication.

I maintain top-quality equipment with advanced features to ensure the clearest results possible. Because I don’t install utilities, I’m not here to upsell or alarm you—only to provide an honest assessment backed by 16 years of hands-on experience. I’ll help explain exactly what’s going on underground and give you straightforward guidance moving forward.

As a private utility locator, I take pride in providing accurate layouts and detailed maps of every project site. My work can be logged with RTK precision and supported by thorough notes, photographs, and other key details, giving you reliable records to use both now and in the future.
