A short story about us...

Hello, My name is Jordon White, and I own Linelock Locating, LLC. I am a small business supported by my local bank and my home town of Eureka, IL. I've dedicated nearly my entire adult life to the trades, primarily focusing on sewer and plumbing work. I began my journey in drain cleaning in 2008, followed by a few years as an apprentice plumber. In 2010, I was offered my dream job at Capodice Excavating, where I've been honing my skills in underground utilities for the past 16 years. I've been operating inspection cameras since 2009 and using utility locators since 2015. In early 2024, I decided to launch a small business to serve Central Illinois, driven by my passion for utility locating and recognizing a strong need for these services in the community.

Our promise

I want to make you feel confident, whether I am locating a job site, marking the underground infrastructure of your home, or a second opinion if you got some bad news from a contractor. My equipment is extremely well maintained and features the latest features to make the inspection as clear as possible. I have no benefit in selling or scaring you into anything you don't need because I am not an installer. I believe those are a conflict of interest. With the past 16 years of knowledge I can help explain what you are seeing accurately, if you have any questions, and let you know honestly my advice moving forward.

As a private utility locator I am committed to always laying out your project site accurately and supplying you with a visual map for your project planning and records. Everything that I locate is then stored on my system with RTK accuracy as well as detailed notes, pictures, and other vital data.

In loving memory: Harlow Grace and Emmitt Baldur White

Disclaimer:

Linelock Locating, LLC. is not a replacement for One Call services (811) Julie. We take over where they left off. Once the utilities become private then it is the responsibility of the land owner to get the utilities located.
